Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The biopsy report shows presence of malignancy / cancer in 6 cores of prostatic biopsy.
Presence of malignancy in prostatic biopsy required surgical excision of the prostatic gland.
In addition, serum level of PSA or prostatic specific is also required for follow up purposes.
Thus, consult your urologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus manage the tumor .

Thanks and take care
